Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I divorced my ex-husband 2 years ago. We had a vacation property that he was ordered to list with a realtor for 6 months and if it did not sell in that time he was supposed to have put it up for public auction. He only listed it for 2 months and since has refused to sell it. I have since found out that the lawyer he hired was also representing his first e-wife in an action against him, they hid one of his 401k's (which he was ordered to split with me), and he sold the property to a friend of his for a dollar, the courts had ordered that he sell the property for fair market value. I lost my job in December after I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I also lost my car and am now lving day to day in a pay by the week motel. When we split my ex was supposed to have returned all my personal property to me and never did, likewise with the property that he was ordered to give me. I am at the point of desperation. His lawyer told me "tough shit" when I tried to talk to her about the situation. I live in Texas and he is in Arkansas. I cannot afford an attorney to sue them and have tried to seek the help of legal aid but have found no help there because we reside in different states. Arkansas legal aid keeps telling me to get a lawyer in Texas and Texas keeps telling to get a lawyer in Arkansas and both have told me they cannot help me at all. I need this money desperately. Can anyone help me, please.

You need an attorney who is licensed to practice in the state where you were divorced. If you had an attorney at the divorce, you need to speak to that lawyer about enforcing the terms of the decree. You should also see an attorney about getting disability aid for your MS
