Divorce-Sopoena...

Can a husband sopoena his wife's Yahoo personal EMAIL ACCOUNTS, CELL PHONE RECORDS, AND the cell phone records his wife called in a divorce matter?

I assume you have an attorney and you need to talk to him/her.

Also, if you don't have an attorney, you need one.

You can only produce what you have in your possession or what you can get.

If the thing does not exist, you can't produce it.

I think cell phone records are easily obtainable.

If he only wants to know your email names, that's easy enough too.
