Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my ex-husband's divorce was final 10.12.12. In our divorce papers it states that he got the house and the Honda Big Red ATV and that whichever property either the husband or wife received had to be basically refinanced. He was even told this in my attorney's by my attorney and his. Well, he hasn't even made a move to have either one refinanced in his name so what are my options. I can't get my attorney that took the case to even call me back. There are other issues that I have regarding my divorce that I don't feel my attorney addressed at all. I can ask about that later, I just want to know what I need to do to force my ex to either re-finance or sell the stuff. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Basically, you can't force someone to refinance a house.

Husband can be ordered to refinance it (in the decree). However, it is very important that the decree include "what if" provisions for when the husband DOESN'T refinance. The decree should have spelled out the consequences. Does it do so?
