Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-wife is wanting me to fill out a quit claim deed on the house we have. She says it's to finalize the re-finance process she's going through. One of my question is, if I sign it and she doesn't get the re-financing what happens with me not having rights to the house? Also, would I be able to force her to sale the house even I signed the quit claim deed?
