Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How do I file a Bill of Review concerning a family case?

I have recently discovered that FDPS may not have had jurisdiction to try the case regarding my children. I need to know how I go about filing a review to investigate the proceedings, filings, and true legitimacy of the proceedings.

You can't do a Bill of Review on your own. You need to hire a good lawyer.

For one thing, he can tell you if you qualify. You don't need to file it if you don't qualify.
