where do I find the form called Motion For judge to confer with child in texas

Go to your local law library and look for the set of books called Texas Family Practice Manual. They contain all master forms usually used by family law attorneys.

Also, read the appropriate section of the Texas Family Code about a judge conferring with a child over the age of 12. Follow what the TX statute says about doing this.

I would hire an attorney since it appears that you are in a custody battle.
