Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I found out that my wife is still married to her second husband, that being bigamy, I have moved out and have been living away from her for about 3 months now. Everything we have is in each of our names, not together, we don't have anything with both names on it, and no kids together. But my question is do I have to get a anullment? Won't my marriage to her just quit existing? I live in Texas and was wondering if I had to file for a anullment or is my marriage just voided outright? Would like to move on.

The best solution is to file for an annullment so you will have a something to prove you are no longer married. Also, if her second husband died or got divorced while you were living with your wife, then you are married to her and need to get a divorce.

See an attorney to help you sort this out.
