Grandparents Rights

I would like to know what all grandparents rights involve and how do I go about seeing my grandchildren because I am with an african-american man and one of my sons will not allow me to see my granddaughter because of this fact, my other son's wife makes up excuses as to why I can not see their child my second grand daughter..please tell me what I can do about this as I love my children and my grand children..and want more than anything for these ''babies'' to get to know me and the man that I am seeing..Please help me.

Sorry, Texas has some limited "grandparent rights", but none that seem to apply to your situation. Your children and their spouses have the right to decide if they want you to be part of their children's life.
