grandson

If my thirteen year old grandson is miserable living with his parents is there a way he can move in with his grandparents without involving childerns protective services?

Unfortunately, grandparents rights in TX are very limited.

You can certainly file a lawsuit for custody but the burden on you would be to prove the parents unfit. This is very high burden that is VERY difficult to accomplish.

Yes, but you would have to have standing to sue.
