My husband wants to adopt my daugther but we dont want to the biological father to be able to see or talk to the baby anymore.... He should be paying child support but has not made any payment or call to see his daugther so I know he does not care about her ... my question is what forms or what should I do next Thank you very much

You file a petition for termination of the biological father's rights and for adoption by the stepfather. A lawyer will charge you around $4000 for this.
