Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We were married together for 3 months last year then it fell apart. Have nothing together, no kids, no property, no joint accounts, should be simple uncontested divorce. I left in September and she wanted divorce to be filed in January this year. I did the on line thing and was ready January 15th. She just needed to fill in her part. She has still not finished 4 months later, took me about 2 hours, so not sure why she is stalling. What can I do?

Request citation, get her served, and set the case for trial, make sure she has at least 45 days' advance notice of the trial date, and just let the judge do what judges do. Once the judge granted the divorce, you might need to pay an attorney for a few hours of time to get a proper decree drafted.

If she has not filed an answer or a counterpetition after getting served, you can get a default judgment after a few weeks. In that case, no trial is necessary.
