Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

missing wife

1)married for less then 4 years

2)living separately for more than 18 months

3)do not have communication or know where about for last 1 year

i just filed divorce in Dallas court and i gave last know address of my wife, i guess police could not find her in that address and i could not find her even when i used Private investigator.

i got call from court saying that my case will be dismissed in few month.

what do i need to do to get my divorce.

to make it simple i already applied for divorce and now my wife is missing.

what should be my next step ?

any help will be appreciated.

Do you have a lawyer? This is service by publication, which, from your description, is beyond your capabilities to handle on your own. Get a lawyer now to make sure that the money you have already spent is not wasted.
