Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a morality clause (general verbiage) in my divorce decree. I am now engaged and we are in the process of buying a home. Does this commitment status change the decree at all? (Can you please answer with each situation on its own relative accord? (1) Buying a home together unengaged, (2) Being engaged and not buying a home (renting, etc).

We can't answer this question unless we know the exact wording of the "morality clause."

But the answer to your question probably is: Yes, it would violate the decree if you shack up with this person.
