Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

motion to over turn ruling

My daughter who is 16 had a premature baby who is also hooked up to a heart monitor and can not be around people who smoke.

The father of the baby took me to court for possession which he didnt get but what the judge did know that the baby was premature on a heart monitor and had a doctors statment, gave visitation every other day at fathers house and temporary joint custody, now the baby has rsv extremely sick been to the doctors 4 times since the order two weeks ago and because of the stress of being sick and going back and forth the baby has stopped breathing numerous times. I will not sit back and watch my grandson die and we can't afford another attorney so please tell me how to get this over turned to save his little life. He is 6 months old and spent the first three months of his life in NICU and now he is also having to go in for a scan on his heart.

Re: motion to over turn ruling

Why didn't the judge know about the condition of the child? Why didn't someone tell him or provide records? Was your previous attorney this derelict? If so, you're going to have to hire an attorney to correct this situation. If you're not going to hire an attorney, then you will have to study up on this yourself. Good Luck.
