Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I moved to Indiana about a year ago and I have a divorce decree and I left my kids in care with my mother in Texas but now she doesn't want to give me my kids back .she doesn't have legal custody of them and I do because the divorce decree states that if I go pick them up would the divorce decree be enough to get my kids back or do I have to get a court order?
