Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Noncustodial parent has standard visitation for over 100 miles, 1 weekend a month. He is moving to my town at end of month, so will get 1st, 3rd, 5th weekends. Can he claim one weekend under the over 100 miles visitation as well as his 5th weekend visitation in the same month? He will have just brought child back after his summer possession. If he can do this, he will have child both remaining weekends of month. Supposedly he is moving 6days before the month ends.

He either resides 100 miles away or less than 100 miles away I don't think he can claim the benefits of both provisions.
