parental rights

My sister wants to give her daughter up to me with Paper.... She is willing to give up her parental rights.. What do I need to do to make sure this agreement is legally binding and that she cant come back later and ask for her daughter back?

You need to run (don't walk) to an attonrey's office to make sure that you do all the paperwork properly!

It is complicated to try to do it yourself.

If it's agreed, it should not be too expensive.

Unfortunately, you will need to let the father of the child know what's going on. Hopefully, he will agree too.
