If im pregnant and turning 16 on august 3rd and move out with my fiance hes 18 what can happen? would it be considered runing away since im moving out without permisssion? can get aressted ?

Your "fiance" needs to immediate call a criminal lawyer. He could potentially end up being charged with rape of a minor. He could end up in prison as a registered sex offender. If you were 15 when you had sex then you could not have legally consented to sex. His age at the time is extremely relevant.

Being pregnant does not make you anything but a pregnant child. It does not emancipate you. You cannot move out without parental permission. You should be very nice to your parents and hope that they do not call the police and try to have him arrested.
