Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Purgery

My soon to be ex-husband and I had to go to court a few days ago for a protective order. Our case went to trail and during the question of my soon to be ex-husband and ex-father in law they both lied about not doing drugs. My husband failed a drug test for a job and his father was fired when marijuana was found in his system. Is there any way I can get the information saying that they had marijuana and give it to the judge so he can see that they, my soon to be ex-husband and father-in-law, commeted purgery? If so how can I obtain this information?

Re: Purgery

You can prepare an affidave and state the specific facts as you know them and give it to the clerk. Put the Case headings on you affidavit so they know the case that it belongs to. You can also give affidavits from others who may know facts as well. If you have any documentation, you can attach it as an exhibit. Your attorney should be able to help you with it.
