Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have sole custody of my son, his dad has not seen him in 2 years, in the last month he has text me to tell me that he has moved back to Texas however he has not provided any kind of updated address, he will not answer the phone or text messages. I have a order that states that if he lives more than 100 miles away then he is to get my son 1 weekend a month and I have to have 14 days notice before hand, and if he lives less than 100 miles then he gets him standard visitation. Like I previously stated he has not provided any type of address change. what do I need to do, he is wanting to get him via standard visitation.

if you read your order carefully, you'll probably find a provision that requires Dad to keep you notified of his current address. He has violated this part of the order.

If Dad shows up to pick up your son, you should have a serious talk with him you want full contact information, including his current address and his current employment, and phone numbers. Was he ordered to pay child support? Is he current on payments?

At the risk of you violating the Court order (it probably orders you to surrender the child to Dad for visitation), I wouldn't let him take the kid - not unless he gives you a home address at least.
