Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son who I have the exclusive right to designate where he lives decided to let him go to his dads, because I'm a single mom and he was getting very disrespestful-he's 12. He's been there for 3 weeks and wants to stay, but now they are telling me if I don't sign the papers they sent me we will go to court and they get full custody and now won't let me see my son. what can I do? Is there any way I can change the Child support where he don't pay without giving him the exclusive right to say where he live? Since I already have that right and let him go there.

You need to go get your child and make him move back in with you. Get some counseling if you are having a tough time with him. If you sign any papers, you will end up paying child support. Maybe not today, but eventually.

If he's only been there 3 weeks, they are not going to get "full custody", whatever it is that they think that means.
