Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

spouse retired from army, but attorney general cannot find him to take to court for child support, how can i keep him from taking our two kids? What do i need to make sure he cannot just come n take them from me

A piece of paper won't stop a kidnapping.

Are you still married to this person? Are you planning to file for divorce?

If that's the case, you file for divorce and ask for temporary orders. You can serve him by publication.
