State picked up charges

I had afight with my husband i tryed to drop charges but state picked them up now hw is in the county jail being charged with agrevated assault with deadly weapon, is it possible for me to drop charges

Visit the District Attorney's Office and tell them you want to file a Non Prosecution Affidavit. Be advised that the state may choose pursue the charges without your help.
