Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in Texas, in April of this year a standard court order for child support and visitation was put in order. The father has yet to exercise his visitation being that was almost 4 months ago if he were to show up at my door to take the kids do I have any right to say no?

Simple answer is no.

A judge ordered you to do something. If you don't like it then you need to go back to the judge and ask that the judge change the order.

Basically, you can only go back once a year to change an order - unless it's an emergency -- such as he is arrested for endangering a child or arrested for a dui or drugs. Something that is really bad.
