Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a trinidadian living abroad......been separated from my wife for 3 yrs, we have a divorce nisi from a trinidad local courts. need help to make it absolute, and what's the cost.

Does your wife live in Texas?

If no one lives in Texas then Texas has no jurisdiction over either of you.

I assume you married in Texas. It does not mean that you divorce in Texas.

If you now live in Trinidad then that court probably can grant a valid divorce.
