I left the state and remarried taking the 8 yr old daughter, whom I have custody of with me. She was in counseling at the time for being physically abused by her mother my ex. In the divorce I'm suppose to have visitation with our other two children this during the summer. She has decided that she isn't going to let me take the children now because I have violated the divorce order and took our daughter, whom she never calls, without finishing all the counseling. I'm trying to get her in counseling here in tx. She is also violating the divorce decree by living with a man who is not her husband. Can she legally keep the children from me if I drive 1200 miles to go get them for my time with them? She is apparently decided to take me back to court to try to get full custody of all of them. She has a child abuse charge and domestic violence charge against her with the man she is now living with.

You need to talk to a good family law attorney in the state in which the divorce took place. It is that state's order you violated when you moved the child and where the fighting will take place over the visitation.
