Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My wife and I live in Texas and will be getting a divorce Our house sits on one acre of land my father gifted to me after I married so we could build our home. The cbackyard is another two acre gifted to me by my father also. my question is do i have to give her half of the lands value. I assume i would for the house but the acreage?

If your father gave the land to you, it is your separate property. Separate Property can't be divided by a divorce court. The house is probably community property and can be divided.
