Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been working on getting a divorce for 6 months already and my attorney seems to be taking his time and not fighting for what I need. Now my ex is a month behind on child and spousal support and has lost his job and insurance for my kids. Do I have the right to change lawylers and should I.

Yes, you have the right to change lawyers. Write a letter (paper letter) to your lawyer and ask him to withdraw. He will send your file to you.
