Employee on FMLA and has another job

The employee is on intermittant FMLA. Employee took 2 weeks off and returned to scheduled 9 AM to 5:30 PM work on Monday and . On Wednesday the employee the employee requested that she could change her hours on Friday to 8:30 am to 4:30 pm so she could get to her second job. Would this second job allow the employer to withdraw the FMLA?

Not necessarily. It depends on the existence of a conflict between the FMLA time and second job time. If the employee is using FMLA time to attend the second job, the FMLA time can be revoked.
