Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Erotic pictures from an affair being viewed by others.

A person from another state that I had an affair with 2 years ago, received information from someone that I showed them nude pics of her 2 yrs ago, which I did, but not in a slanderous way. She is threatening to contact an attorney. The pics were obtained legally with her knowledge. Does she have a valid opportunity to pursue legal action?

Most likely for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and anything else a good P.I. lawyer can think of for pulling a stunt like that.

In some parts of Texas you'd be horse-whipped before being sued.

The copyright belongs to the photographer, but without a release from the model, well you have as much exposure as the subject of the photograph. The age of the model is a factor, and the purposes to which you put the photograph (web publishing) can affect rights as well.
