Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
My father passed away about a year and a half ago and his ex-girlfriend is organizing "fundraisers" in his name without asking us (his children) for permission. Is there anything we can do to stop her?

What kind of fundraisers? is she committing fraud - using his name to get money for herself? If so, report her to police.
