Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I live in a downstairs apartment with no rental insurance. The family upstairs flooded their apartment and all the water came downstairs & damaged my bed and a TV. Apartment Lease states Apartment not. Are the upstairs tenants responsible since their child ran water for hours while they were asleep and they admitted to this?
