Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I loaned my son and his fiance money to pay for their wedding. They were married and are about to get a divorse as she wants out. Can I sue to get the money she is liable for back. I do not have a written agreement but have documents showing where the money was sent.

Under what theory is she "liable for" the money? Did she ever promise to pay for part of the wedding?
No, you probably don't have a good lawsuit against her.
