Notice of seizure

I need to known how to answer papers served to me.They are

notice of seizure and intended forfeiture for a car which

i own an have insured in my name that my daughter was driving an stoped by police in burkburnett,texas county of wichita.they say the passenger in car had .7 meth on her person an my daughter had .5 which was found in the back seat of patrol car.IF this is true i had nothing to do with it an have never been convicted of a crime even a

speeding ticket in 51 years.
