I have been sued for breach of contract here in Houston,texas. however the statue of limitations has expired. expired by only 19 days. can they still sue me ?
what about the statue of limitations? can i argue that it has expired?

Yes, they can sue you. "Limitations" is an affirmative defense that you plead (and prove).
