Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Will my friend get in trouble for breaking into her roommate's door to find the money her roommate stole? There's proof of the roommate's history of stealing, and that many people can attest that she is a compulsive liar, which is why my friend had to force entry into the room. My friend broke in with NO intent of stealing. The crazy roommate is now attempting to break her lease contract by threatening us she will take legal actions against my friend and her other 2 normal roommates. I just want to know if my friend will get in trouble because of the break in?

She could be charged with burglary which is entry without consent of the owner with the intent to commit a felony or theft. This is serious. Your friend needs to consult a criminal defense attorney in her area.
