Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Immigration

My fiance is currently in the US on a valid Tourist Visa. We want to marry, and for her to stay here. Do we need a lawyer, and what's a fair price for legal counsel?

Yes, she can most likely marry you and remain in the U.S. while her lawful permanent residency application is processing.

I agree with Mr. Cho. As far as legal counsel, it should be prepared by an immigration lawyer, and the cost is determined by the complexity of the case. If she has no adverse criminal or immigration history, it is much simpler. Contact attorneys individually for costs.
