Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

visa for fiancee

i like to apply for a fiancee visa to bring my fiancee into country. How do I do that? Or is it better to wait unti we get married and apply for spousal visa. He is in India and what is the fastest way for this process. Please advice

Re: visa for fiancee

There are advantages and disadvantages to both processes. I am happy to discuss them with you- you can email me with the following information: Are you a USC? Have you met your fiancee within the last 2 years? Have either of you ever been married before?

Email me for a consultation.

I assume that you are a U.S. citizen. It's up to you which way your choose, fiance or immigrant visa. They both have their pros and cons. So it really depends on your particular situation. But first of all, there are basic eligibility questions that must be answered, such as: Have you met your fiance in person in the last two years?

Are both of you able to legally marry each other, meaning if you've been married before, are you legally divorced?

If you wish to contact me by email, would be happy to discuss the attorney fees and filing fees involved. TCL
