Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

can insurex inc, take away my licence

Isurex inc is a collection company for nationwide insurance. They states that if i dont pay in full half of the $5500 owed right away, and in a timely manner, they can take away my licenece. Can they even do that without taking me to court or what can they do to be exact. i am willing to pay half of it but i want information. Also when this reck happened, therer client took my insurance information and split without me able to get her's. She called my company and then it turned out that my policy wsa a day late on payment so geico refused to cover damages. I filled a police report but there client never waited for the police and she was intoxicated as well. i have this on tape

No. THEY cannot take your license. They might be able to start a process with the DPS to do that, but you would be notified and allowed to present your defenses. Good Luck
