I don't know if it's too late to help you, but I received some information that you should be able to make a claim under the Family Medical Leave Act which might allow time for you to find a doctor or some treatment or a lawyer to help you out. You're too far away for me to help you but there are hundreds of good lawyers in your area, Sometimes the right one is hard to find. Good Luck.

Abandon your treatment and go back to work. Can't do that? Sorry. Unless you have some union or contract protection, Americans with Disabilities Act offers no legal right to a job that you cannot do because of disability. Good Luck.
