Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
what will liability insurance pay for
My daughter was in a car accident and the auto insurance for the other guy is paying her medical but he only has 25k in liability insurance. If the medical doesn't add up to that much, can we ask them to give us the rest for her pain and suffering? She has had to have a plate put in her foot and it has been a very torturous situation. But we know the guy is only a janitor and does not own his home so it would probably not be worth hiring a lawyer.....
