Any attorney will say the answer depends on the nature of the pictures, whether they are subject to copyright laws and other factors. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.

Maybe. That is about all such a general question deserves in the way of an answer.

What pictures? What do they show? Are they news pictures? Are they of people or of things? Where did you find them? That is, on which of the mllions of websites did you find them? When? How old are they? By whom were they published on the Internet? When were they created? Who, if anyone, claims they own them? Are they public domain? Are they copyrighted? Do you know what any of these terms mean?

Please be more specific when asking for attorneys to spend time answering your question. You question is ridiculously over general and vague and sloppily worded.

You don't need a business attorney as the prior answer suggests. You don't need an attorney in your area as the prior answer suggests. Location of the attorney is irrelevant, since the Internet is everywhere and copyright is Federal law. Instead, you need a copyright attorney such as an intellectual property law attorney, and particularly one up to date on Internet law and technology. Otherwise, you will get a useless answer like the previous one. But, before you ask such an attorney anything, you need to get some facts or you are just going to waste everyone's time like you just did.
