eviction from house in texas in 3 days
HI, we are behind in rent, and received an eviction notice to move out in 3 days if we can't pay up the rent. I live in Texas. Is this legal, I thought we would have 3o days?

Yes, unless the lease provides for a different time limit, the general rule, set out in the property code, is that a notice to vacate for nonpayment of rent is 3 days.
