leasing agreements
I recently leased an apartment in Irving,Tx. I got laid off from work,just got a job offer in another state,would my situation be a hardship,and can i get out of lease without negative ramifications?

Probably not. Read your lease and see what options are available, then sit down with the landlord, explain the situation and try to negotiate a settlement. If you don't take the job, then they have the cost and aggravation of an eviction. If you reach an agreement, they have an orderly vacancy of a clean apartment, and the monthly payments of the reletting costs.
