partnership take over

My partner and i build a sales company. He is from another city and he agreed to run the co. and i would provide the means. After several months he build another company under his name and all sales and product were transfered with out me knowing. He has not discuss his actions with me. What course of action should i take?

You have to be able to document your agreement with him. Is there a signed agreement between the two of you? Also, can you document how much money you've put into the company? Are you all still speaking?
