I'm very sorry to learn of your situation. To answer your question, you may have a product liability suit with this issue. However, it's far too complex of a matter to be discussed on this forum, so I can only give you a limited overview here. The first step is for you to review your medical history with your lawyer. Your lawyer will have to research the specific product, the recall, side effects, etc. and compare the findings against your medical reports. You will then need a medical expert that tie the medical reports to the product usage. You need to act very quickly, as you have a limited time to exercise certain rights (two years) and the prep time on a case like this can be extensive. Feel free to call me if you wish to discuss this further.

You need to speak with a Texas products liability lawyer. Your medical records will need to be reviewed by medical experts to see if the product caused your injuries.
