attorney trust account

An attorney has an agrievence against him re his trust account. He bounced a check to client but paid it plus attorney's fees. Does the grievence comm. have the right to look at bank account records?

I assume you are asking whether the comm. has the right to look at client's bank records? The client should turn over his records reflecting payment from the attorney with the rest of his bank info redacted. This should take care of the client's privacy concerns and meet the committee's needs.
