automobile accident

My minor child was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. He had no serious injuries and the insurance company offered him $500 as a settlement. Is this a fair amount?

There is no way to evaluate your child's case based on the limited information you provided. Each case is unique. Factors to look at are the amount of treatment the child received, whether or not the child will require future treatment, etc.
