Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My daughter was hurt at work and the company is a non-subscriber to workmans como in tx her husbands insurance company will not pay the bills. What do we do?

Her husband's insurance must pay the bills..report to Tex Department of Insurance and if bills are large..call us and we would sue..they would pay.

They don't have the option of not paying. Either the insurance company or the doc's office is giving you bad information. Get the denial in writing. Also, have her get a personal injury lawyer sooner rather than later.
