Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Family Mental Abuse

My question is: If there has been several years of serious mental abuse from a father to one of his children over a course of several years and that father is now mentally incapacited (not of right mind due to brainwashing, alzheimers's, age) can the child sue for part of inheritance now or can that child sue for the pain and suffering they have dealt with for many, many, years? There are many issues that have occurred without (adult) child being capable of doing anything about it; from loss of reputation, to promises of financial help, then the financial has been taken back, before ever being given, and then given to siblings. The child was always following how the father wanted them to live, but was continuously played mind games with; so that it has made it impossible to have a relationship. There is much more here than can be imagined.

Re: Family Mental Abuse

Certain conditions are tragedies of life. We can't always sue for everything.
